I have had any traffic on my website so I can't say for the actual reward program but I like the campaign options =)

I have only been using the app for two months or so. I have accumulated a few email addresses since that time. I can not give it a true assessment at this time but I can say that people are signing up for the program points. That is a good thing. I am going to continue to use it to build an email list.

Swell is easy to set up and use. I do wish they offered more customization options (even for a fee) for users below gold level.

It's quite powerful but some good features are restricted to expensive paid plans. Newsletter signup does NOT trigger Mailchimps double opt in so potentially letting 1000's of bots register to your newsletter so I had to disable this function. Update: the support has been helpful.

Our team uses Swell Rewards for all products sold on our online store. Its a great application to introduce a new company to the referral rewards systems. It is limited in its free version but I am told that the pro account allows for deeper customization of the account holder dashboard. It would be great to have a future update where both in store and online purchases can benefit from Swell Loyalty rewards for consolidated for multiple store locations. Also the customization process is fairly tedious which can be a pain but allows for different types of plans in one mix. Overall Swell Rewards is a good platform to get your loyalty rewards program off the ground.

The reports are not currently working so we still have to request it from your support team. Thankful however for a very responsive support team but it would be better if we can extract it on ourselves so we don't have to bother/trouble anyone.
