I spent a lot of time installing and configuring the app. It seemed like it would be great. When I put it live, the referral code won't work. Contacted support 4 or 5 days ago and no help so far. They acknowledge that there's a problem but no solution. It shouldn't take this long to fix.
This app is amazing! It's very easy to use and setup. I'm happy my dev recommended Swell. Love the rewards system and how we can customize it!

Customer support is def on point! Only 4 stars because a lot of features I wanted to test are in the higher plans. But the app is great.
I haven't used it yet but I'm formatting everything. It's super user-friendly and seems like a great idea to really bring in customer appreciation and involvement! :D
The support is truly wonderful. Jo has come to my rescue a few times already and I'm sure she will again soon. When she has explained how to do something - the light bulb came on vividly; almost to the point that I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out on my own. Well done Jo!
