I spent a lot of time installing and configuring the app. It seemed like it would be great. When I put it live, the referral code won't work. Contacted support 4 or 5 days ago and no help so far. They acknowledge that there's a problem but no solution. It shouldn't take this long to fix.

Customer support is def on point! Only 4 stars because a lot of features I wanted to test are in the higher plans. But the app is great.

The support is truly wonderful. Jo has come to my rescue a few times already and I'm sure she will again soon. When she has explained how to do something - the light bulb came on vividly; almost to the point that I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out on my own. Well done Jo!
