Glenn did a great job in helping me understand why a customer did not receive their rewards points. He went in-depth and provided excellent visuals in order for me to get a better understanding. He was patient and nice. I liked how quickly my issue was addressed and resolved. Overall it was a great experience with the chat!

Yes, I would recommend to my friends and others. I have been using it for 5 months already and it has worked out very well for us. Planning to upgrade soon.
The customer support has been found very helpful in answering questions and addressing issues.

A bit of a slow start but I put that down to my own inexperience. Support was patient and very helpful. The developers have based upgrades on the number of monthly orders which makes far better sense than customers numbers.
