The referral links never work for my customers. But when needed help Reymond was the best at assisting me!
Love how the apps functions. but the drawback is the additional pay per order is something the team needs to be consider of.

I just added this to my store today. I had some questions about how the referral program works and the codes etc. The online chat session was very fast & thorough. I just wish they had email 3rd party integration in the basic plan. I'll see how it goes though. Jerrah was very helpful and polite.

Love it, it's pretty custimizable. Only issue I have is it's not clear how the whole coupon thing for my customers e.g. customer get's 500 points to redeem a $5 discount, but no easy way to see if I have to generate the code, or if swell already provides it.
It's all a bit complicated, but that's because they offer so much... and for free. Customer help is really great too, always quick, clear and helpful. Thank-you Justin!

This app has helped me grow my business and I like how customizable it is. It is also easy to use. The support is very helpful and thorough with their responses. I plan to keep using it, but it would nice if there was an option to send more than one reminder email for those who do have point balances (especially if they are new to the loyalty program) because in order to do custom emails (if a customer forgot and needs an email sent on the spot) you have to be a gold plan member, which is a huge jump. I think that should at least be offered in the $30 plan. I believe this would keep loyal customers engaged and my business grow faster.
