Love how the apps functions. but the drawback is the additional pay per order is something the team needs to be consider of.

I wanted to capture visitors' contact information by offering incentives, so I was looking for an app to facilitate it. Swell does that and more. You can set up an entire loyalty program. It has a user-friendly interface and is easy to set up. When I had questions, Josh and Amanda were very quick to respond.

I added a newsletter sign-up pop-up and received first registrations right away. A loyalty program will be next.

Overall, it's a great app!

I have a brand new shop in Shopify. Long chose a loyalty program and stopped at Sell.
Clear advantages:
* This application develops your customer base and develops with your store.
* It becomes paid when it makes a profit.
* The application takes into account not only purchases and birthdays, but the fact that a grateful client shares your content in social networks.

Support pleases! Because of the time difference, I get answers a day later and this is the only inconvenience.
But the level of service at the height.
Most of the time Bernard answers my questions. Everything is always very clear and attentive.
I put 5 stars!

I tested a few of these types of apps trying to figure out which one would work best for me. Going through the setup of a few of the competitors, something was always missing. This one had it all and worked smoothly. Each of the others has its' individual advantages, but I found Swell to have the most advantages and fit my overall needs best.

In addition, the staff is extremely helpful. They respond quickly and I have never had to go too long without having my question answered.

Swell work, Swell!

The app itself is great, but the support is absolutely atrocious. Left a message with their support team on the Intercom chat a week ago, no response. Left a message yesterday, no response. Just left another message, no response.
