You ask "what makes me think it's waiting for approval?"
How about the big screen that says "Wait for approval"!!!

Stuck on waiting for approval for months. I sent a email asking why my products are not being listed. I got a reply saying they were in automatic product listing and working fine.

Yes but you've never fully approved the account so you are replying to something that has nothing to do with the problem.

I got a reply and they say it's working normal. If that's true, then there is no activity, not anything. After months its doing nothing for me.
How can I give a positive review for something that was just a waste of time?

I'm ready to delete this app
Update* I sent them a screen shot and they stopped replying...

Your Syncee account is up and running and your products are available on Syncee Marketplace. If you log in to your Syncee account, you can check the products that have been synchronized from your online store, in the My Products menu. since they dont accept CBD products on their platform a 1 star rating from me!! i dont understand how an app developer has to decide what i have to sell !

Currently, the payment solutions available on Syncee are PayPal and Stripe. This is how retailers can pay for the products to the suppliers. As CBD products are prohibited based on both PayPal's and Stripe's Terms and Conditions, unfortunately, we are not able to accept suppliers who want to offer these products on Syncee Marketplace. Fruzsina has been a blessing to work with. She was able to help address my problems with onboarding and helped make a few adjustments based on another person's review in setting up certain settings. I will have a follow up review later on to see how this channel does.

I was reached by Judit telling me about this app and how it might help me get them products out in from of so many Pet Stores. I need to talked to here as I don't like just emails. Judit was very kind and we did a zoom call where at this time she answered all of my question, and showed me around apps platform. I highly recommend this app so far. I went live and within a couple of hours I already had a store on board it was just a great feeling. Thank you Judit for your help and I look forward to a long partnership with Syncee.

What this app lacks in user friendliness it makes up for in excellent customer service. The app is easy to install and get running if you wish to open up your whole Shopify catalog to all stores anywhere in the world. However, the problems start if you only want a portion of your catalog listed on Syncee Marketplace and/or if you want to have control over where your brand is sold. None of these controls can be implemented intuitively on the back end by the supplier himself/herself. The back end of the app is a bit clunky, and one important thing that's missing is the ability to see how our supplier listings appear on Syncee Marketplace and rearrange listings as needed (e.g. I would like to have my bestsellers listed at the top of my supplier page). Despite all of that, Syncee customer service is fantastic, and that's the real redeeming quality of this app. I had to go back-and-forth with them several times to have the things I wanted accomplished done (only partial upload of my Shopify catalog, ability to manually approve or reject retailers), and Judit - who I worked with - was absolutely professional, responded fast, in a friendly manner, and was very helpful answering my questions and giving step-by-step instructions for enabling the features I needed. So, although there is room for improvement on the technical side of the app, the customer service is top-notch, and I'd be definitely willing to amend this review once those tech things are better resolved.
