The customer service is very fast and friendly. I launched a new affiliate ecommerce store and loading the products to my shopify was easy with Syncio. Their platform is very user-friendly. They were very sympathetic that I was slow in starting my store so they even gave me a credit!
Syncio is currently saving me a ridiculous amount of time with order processing and fulfillment, and is overall allowing me to scale without worry of backend logistics. Highly recommend for collaborative suppliers and retailers!

Highly recommend Syncio for sharing product inventory. With my wholesale and retail background (I.e both ends of the spectrum), I am certainly amazed at how easy sharing data with stores can now be using this application. Syncio takes the hard work out of the equation by allowing you to ditch those tedious Excel import/export data files! Syncio is reliable to use, easy to maintain and requires little effort.
