I have been using Teescape service for many years.
Good products and customer service.
But the delivery is poor.
I have refunded a lot of money to customers for this about 15%, on average for every 7 orders, 1 order lasts about 2 weeks or more.
This absolutely cannot meet the policies on Amazon (VTR over 95%, OTDR 90%) or other E-commerce. So I decided to give up.
I've had my offers or accounts suspended by Amazon many times because of Teescape's services. Now Amazon's policies are getting tougher and we could be permanently suspended from selling if we don't change.

Thank you for your review, and We're so sorry you were unhappy. We ship most orders in 2-4 business days, but things like misprints or garment problems can sometimes cause them to run a little longer. It does look like you've had an unusually high number of orders run too long recently. I looked at the 40 orders you've placed since July 1st. 62% shipped on-time in 4 business days or less. 25% took 5 days. 3 orders took 6-7 days, and one order was 10 days. These numbers are unusually high for us for any one seller, and I can only apologize that this happened to you. Thank you for your business.
