It´s a really good app. The interface is very easy to understand, it has a lot
of features other than just "pre-order" and the few times I´ve had any
questions or issues I don´t know how to resolve, their support team is very friendly, always answer quickly and find a solution. Absolutely recommend!
We've been using Timesact for quite a while, and it's been a fantastic app for managing both pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. Everything is easy to set up, reliable, and works exactly as expected.
What really stands out is the support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping merchants find the best solution. Every time we've had a question, they've gone above and beyond to assist us.
Easy to use, even for someone who’s not very tech-savvy. The customer support team is responsive and fixes any issues quickly. My favourite feature is the badge images and the extra customisation options that make them stand out. Overall, I’m happy with the app and service provided. Highly recommend!
