Merchants highly recommend this app for keeping revenue flowing with pre-orders, backorders, and “notify me” when items are out of stock. They value variant-level control, bulk setup, partial payments, clear backorder messaging, and customizable badges across the store. Many note it’s easy to set up, works well with large catalogs and themes, and praise the fast, hands-on support for setup, styling, and troubleshooting.
Camelius was great at walking us through all the experiences we can build throughout the app. We are excited to start using the pre-order feature since we have a lot of demand on certain products. The experiences are really straightforward to customize and make match our brand. Can not wait to see how many pre-orders we get!
Timesact has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s simple to set up, easy to manage, and does exactly what we need for running pre-orders.
One of the best features is how easy it is to set up pre-orders across all our products and their variants. It gives you plenty of flexibility to get everything configured properly without needing to jump straight onto a paid plan.
The support is also excellent. Every time we’ve needed help, the team has been incredibly quick to respond, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted.

We usually sell digital goods, so no need for pre-orders. However, we are releasing a charity single which has a physical CD available and to receive pre-orders seemed like a great idea so we could see if it was going to be financially viable for us to do so. Not being over technically savvy, I was helped with any queries I had by Princess on the chat line and she made the whole process very uncomplicated to install and adjust any features we required, so thank you for your help with this :) We're only on the free plan, but will definitely be considering one of the featured plans as things evolve.
