I just started using this app, after trying a couple of more established ones. It's very user friendly. Also, though some of the features are still being built, the customer service team managed to customize things for me, such as the badge and the text that goes around the button, in no time.

I'm totally new to running an ecommerce business and have been struggling to get enough product made and photographed to allow me to launch our site. Then, I realized there was particular interest in one product we make and that setting up a "pre-order" might be a great way to launch our brand in a limited way - but having never done it before, I was unsure how to proceed. This app made it simple and seamless and the orders are flowing in without any problems. I'm thrilled.
Timesact support was outstanding and got me up and running and through a couple of technical hurdles with my Shopify Theme to get the Pre-Order product working perfectly. Great company to work with!
