I just finished my setup call with Pam with Timesact (Preorder). I can't even begin to explain the top notch customer service I received along with the extended guided call. Pam went above and beyond for me. Our call that was supposed to be 30 minutes went almost 1.5 hours. She answered every one of my questions and more and was willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out what I needed to make the setup a breeze. If you are not using this app, START TODAY!!!! I will update in a few weeks how it is going, but so far the beginning of the process has been truly amazing!

Don't waste your time or money on any other apps as this one can do it all! You can thank me later! :)

A very practical app, all functions are very easy to use, and it adapts very well to other apps. The customer service is great and they always solve all my problems promptly.

Really like this app and the team behind it. Easy and intuitive to use, setup took very little time. The support was also fantastic, the team helped speed up the load time plus they adjusted the layout of the pre-order button & supporting wording really quickly to better fit my site. I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used. Thanks a lot Johnathan, I hope Seal Subscriptions compensates you accordingly!

Amazing app to set products as coming soon or for setting up pre-orders. But even better support. Highly recommend.

It has been great so far for us! We are only using it for Pre-orders but there are a lot of other capabilities. The interface is easy to navigate and nice looking. I tried a few other apps and this one was the most customizable and looks the best on the site. I had a free set up call with Jolo who did a great job explaining everything. Thank you!
