It works very well, and the support is quick and helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that you can't place pre-orders until the stock reaches zero. It would be more convenient and reduce missed opportunities if the system automatically allowed pre-orders for quantities exceeding the available stock when added to the cart.

Tech support is very responsive and takes your issues at heart. I had the chance to review my set up of the app with them and make sure that all was in order as well as learn a few tricks.
They even gave us a few more free pre-orders before we can subscribe to a plan. Very satisfied!

Setup was straight forward and the free plan works really nice for me to test it out.

After setting up I noticed that it didn't work as expected and wrote support.

They answered fast and fixed the problem real quick without creating any extra effort on my side besides giving them access to the shop.

This app can do more than what we are using it for, but as far as allowing pre-orders and back-orders go, it works a treat.

You can setup templates or defaults for a lot of functionality, and it works out the box with most themes almost perfectly.

For any instances where a customised theme meant some things were slightly amiss, support was more than happy to ehlp!
