The onboarding procedure went incredibly smoothly. The onboarding specialist was very nice and chill and open to any stupid questions we were throwing at him. Since we've just started using the app, we still need some time before we can give some actual feedback about its functions. We will make sure to update our review later!
I'm still working on my website and Jojo from the support team was very helpful by immediately joining me on a video call during the setup process, giving me suggestions on the basic scenario to implement to get the best performance.
Timesact is a very effective, intuitive preorder app, and Jolo from customer service was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app set-up and helping me configure settings.
The integration of this app was easier than I thought. When I was stuck, the CS team was always there to support and solve it asap. I really appreciated it. I'd recommend for anyone who is thinking of adding pre-order function on their website.
