My onboarding session with Jonathan was great. The onboarding feature is the reason I switched from one app to this one. It's so important to have the product walkthrough and have someone hear your specific questions, concerns and scenarios to reduce the time to learn the platform. Very good help articles as well.

Robert and the rest of the Timesact team are amazing. The quality of customer service and the quickness with which they address any issues and questions are unmatched.
