Firstly, the amount of asking to leave a 5 star review before you've even used the app - hmm that should've warned me.
I learned about this app from Matt from Future Tools.
The support seemed genuine and quick - until I was hit with "pay us $6 to clean your list".
But the cleaning did literally nothing - but I was assured that "Your list has been cleaned, reloaded into your system and your account has been unlocked. Your subscriber count didn't change (as none of those were invalid addresses) but the total customer count with email addresses changed."
I kept telling Tiny Albert - why is your app saying I have 4700+ subscribers I can market to, but Shopify only allows 328 emails to be sent out?
For this, they were charging $90 a month. But less than 10 percent of my list is marketable (my fault as I imported customers from another store - my bad"
But asking constantly - we can help you - but first leave a 5 star review- and when I said I'll leave a five star review when I see results... well I didn't see any results. Not one sale. But the app looked fun!

The customer service was awesome!! Tim was patient and extremely helpful when assisting me and my business. He was knowledgeable and was able to assist me efficiently! I am more confident when using this app knowing that I have a team dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly! I highly recommend them.
Just installed.pretty cool to start with,easy. may need more features like browser aboandonment. Also forms can be shown in other pages if not signed in. There should be a way to make visitors sign in with email,to target campaigns. looking forwrd for more features. will upgrade to 5+stars with usage.
I think the app is a great app however there's certain things I don't like. One of the things that I don't like is the app does not allow me to create a normal weekly newsletter with educational and informative emails. Most of the emails in this app are very sellszy does it allow us to connect with our customer

Initially the app was not working. They tried everything and worked diligently to fix my problem and through Loy explain to me what the features are and how it works. Excited to try it out. Laxman assisted me
Stuck like a rabbit in front of the headlights looking at all the available apps touting miracles for your business I saw this quirky named app and the more than reasonable pricing and was more than pleasantly surprised to find a well researched tool that harnesses AI for just one highly specific goal. TinyEmail have hit the proverbial nail on the head with a simple to use interface and an expanding array of features that will kickstart any email marketing campaign and Shopify specific needs such as abandoned cart reminders. Great helpline also with an entusiastic team that are keen to please.
Easy to navigate and Laxman was very helpful with walking me throught step by step
AngelCasuals.com gives this app 4 stars because it has potential. It does lack features such as being as being able to have more than one product in the email. In speaking with Tim, he stated that they will be adding the functionality to customize the templates (text and pictures) along with a variety of templates and layouts. I will be on the lookout for this.
So far 5 starts I recently switched over from wix. The apps from wix never let you do ask much! I’m glad I found this app to continue to communicate with my customers. Thank you !
Tim was fantastic helping me get set up. early days but I like what I see so far and just what an overworked founder side person needs to get these critical elements up and running and running consistently.
