The help section on www.tipo.io is not very comprehensive so I wrote in for help. Laura was super quick and helpful, solved my challenges within a day!
Update: Laura reached out and fixed the error which was a bug in the time zone conversion. Issue is now resolved.
Wish for the Json on the order to show other than in Json format... awaiting a reply on this issue
The app for some reason is showing the date available for the day before although I have it set to show only Special Days for certain dates. So for example I configured it to be available Jan 26, 2020. The calendar has Jan 25 available while Jan 26 is grayed out. Very frustrating.. help please

Very easy to use. Functionality end to end is much better than many similar apps I tested in order to facilitate appointment booking on site. Ran into some formatting troubles which were sorted out by Tipo overnight.
Absolutely ridiculously un-navigable and disorganized app. Way too many variables that also get default-changed depending on what other service they are connected with. One of my main frustrations is the requirement for certain variants that must also be properly selected by the customer, or else it is not be possible to complete the booking. We have lost many potential bookings because of this. Very NOT designed with the business owner nor the customer experience in mind.
Not a good app for long term use or if your a service based business. When changing available dates and times for the employees schedule it doesn’t always update automatically on my website. I’ve had people double book, times and dates became available that I did not set. Sometimes people weren’t able to book so they had to contact me. It was honestly a headache and I will be switching to a different booking system this month.
This is definitely the best booking app on Shopify. AND ITS FREE!
The developers have helped me out loads and I can’t thank them enough, laura is a star!
The only thing this platform needs is SMS text messages and SMS reminders as a lot of my customers have their SMS on file but not their email!
UPDATE; The calendar is allowing clients to book in whenever there is already someone booked in for the same time. It is not blanking out time options for places where people have already Booked appointments!
havent had a chance it to use it yet but the stupid rate this app icon wont leave while im trying to set it up
We've been using this app to help us mitigate scheduling for a service in particular that has completely blown up in our area, and it has been a huge relief to have that off our shoulders. Having the option of a google calendar integration as well has been a major selling point for us. Easy to set up, easy to use. Only thing I wish was if there was a way to increase time on appointment windows based on more people being brought.
