The app works well. Could be a bit more user friendly as it's quite tricky to work out where it gets its inputs from for the info used in the booking. I'm using it to allow hosts to book our room for workshops so a little different to how most people use it probably. The chat help feature is good and they always resolve any problems I have within 24 hours.

I would've liked some more native features in the app but it's a seamless booking app & customizable witch is what you want for your business. The support team is fantastic - responsive, efficient, and quick to turn around custom requests.

The app has a few defaults, but compared to the others it's excellent, and the assistance is incredible !

MAJ :
le support a été très réactif et la grande majorité des bugs ont été réglés en 48 heures. Je préfère toujours l'ancienne version à la nouvelle , mais celle-ci fonctionne désormais normalement.

J'utilise l'application depuis 2021, malgré quelques bugs minimes elle était parfaite pour mon utilisation, une mise à jour vient de sortir et plus rien ne fonctionne, impossible d'ajouter manuellement un client à un rendez-vous de groupe existant, l'affichage du calendrier (coté admin) est totalement bugé il faut faire des allers-retours dans les mois pour forcer le calendrier à se recharger et voir ses réservations.

Il n'est plus possible de choisir les dates et horaires fermés dans les semaines/mois à venir (exemple les fêtes, jours fériés ect ??). Nous pouvons seulement modifier les créneaux du Lundi au Dimanche et cela sera appliqué pour tout les mois suivants.

l'interface à fait peau neuve mais est plus lente que jamais, mon site est également 2 fois plus lent coté client.

Je mettrait à jour mon avis avec plaisir lorsque tous les problèmes seront résolus, cette app était un 5/5 il y a 3 jours, désormais très mauvaise avec cette mise à jour.
