I used this app to create a bookable boattour. The support was very friendly and helped me very fast. I really like that you can customize the design. It is a very useful app with great customer support.

Just downloaded it, and so it is so much more easier to work with compared to other apps offered by Shopify!
Very happy with how Tipo works. There are tons of options to customize the booking system, email sequences and its super easy to integrate into your product page. Developer was also very quick to respond and offer solutions we needed.
Good app and good design. Too bad it doesn't sync with google calendar so that bookings can be added directly to tipo via google calendar. Very good support team.
App is easy to set-up, use and looks good on the front and back end. We would love the following features to be added before giving it 5 stars:
- Ability to create a customer on the app's booking page
- Access at the very least the calendar and booking option (if not the whole app) on the Shopify POS or on a separate app that can be loaded onto a tablet
- If the calendar cannot be accessed on the POS the ability to print the calendar within specific time frames with the following details – name, contact number, paid/not paid – OR to be able to export to EXCEL so we can print. Only having access to the calendar on a PC is very limiting but for us can be managed if we can at least have a hard copy for all staff to view.
I'm using this app so my customers can book times with me online. It would save me so much time on the phone and emailing- I'm anxious to get started.
Absolutely ridiculously un-navigable and disorganized app. Way too many variables that also get default-changed depending on what other service they are connected with. One of my main frustrations is the requirement for certain variants that must also be properly selected by the customer, or else it is not be possible to complete the booking. We have lost many potential bookings because of this. Very NOT designed with the business owner nor the customer experience in mind.
