We needed an app for booking free ski boot fitting appointments, and spent a long time looking at all the options. We were initially a little suspicious of this one as it's free, and suspected it would therefore be poorly designed and built, and probably no tech support, so test installed other options before this one. HOWEVER... it is by miles the best option we have found, is fully integrated into Shopify, was very easy to integrate into our website, and the couple of questions/issues we have had with it were very speedily rectified by tech support. We go live with the system next week, so that will be the real test, but so far it's excellent! Thank you Tipo :-)

Recently we have been having issues with this app, their app, dashboard doesn't appear on screen, there is something wrong with calender, but every time I tried to contact via chat no body there and next day I receive their reply, everything went back normal as if nothing happened.

Most of the time app works ok. But a couple of times now clients have booked and paid for appointments but app fails to notify me by email to say there has been a booking made. Also when I have rejected appointments app has failed to let the client know. Not sure whats going on??

My clients can overbook for the same time slot and customer service said there's nothing they can do about it because it seems they purchased it at the same time. Please fix this problem. :)
