Great litte App that as a non-essential retailer during Covisd-19 I am using to allow customers to make an appointment to "Click & Collet" both items from my website and as a Jeweller.... collect & drop off their repiars. This allows me to conform to UK Goverment guideance at the time of writing this review.

I used this app to book virtual visits with Santa over Zoom. It allowed me to create the appointment slots with lots of useful options. Integration with other tools was a little tricky, but I eventually made it work (using Zapier to automate the Zoom meeting creation and then sending an appointment email)
I was a huge fan of the Tipo Appointment Booking App. The app has started glitching out and not allowing people to book any services, which in turn, is loosing me money. I've contacted support multiple times and no response. I think once the app is completely functional it should get 5 stars. But for now, its causing my business a lot of money
It started out good but you quickly realize that its a mess and customer service is horrible. For example, you have a booking for two people on one reservation. One of the people cant make it. The system doesn't allow you to edit the reservation from two to one. It makes you delete the entire booking and create a new one. That's just one of many issues.
The support is amazing and this app has the best pricing in terms of being able to add unlimited services, employees, and locations! The developers also work extremely fast!

the code does not work when you attempt to add it to a page. I was hoping this would be a great addition to my site, sadly I'm disappointed
Tipo is super easy to use and so functional, and it gives you so much room for creative expression. I was nervous using it for the first time but now that I've got the hang of it I really like it. Although they do have a free option, I prefer the paid option. It opens more avenues, features and it's so cheap for all that the app can do. I have no complaints!
