Unreliable & No Communication
Amazing how an app we rely on daily can go down without a single notification. No email, no alert, no status update - just silence.
This downtime caused us operational loss, and the worst part is the complete lack of communication. For a business tool, this level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

I am writing regarding the [SR Trial 6 V1] profile we created in the Shopify Shipping and delivery settings.
We noticed that not all of our products are showing up within this file. Could you please clarify why some products might be missing or how we can ensure all items are correctly synced?

This app has been amazing helping us migrate from Magento with the ability to import over 1000+ rates into Shopify Profiles. This would have been at least a day of work to add the rates manually into Shopify. We also have multiple stores so can easily update the rates in our CSV and duplicate them in the second store. Constantin also did a remote view session assisting us with setup.
