We’ve had a great experience using the TopDawg Shopify app with our online boutique, PawPuparazzi.com. The product upload process is straightforward, and integrating items into our store has been smooth and efficient. Order processing and fulfillment have also been easy to manage, which helps keep operations running consistently. The app itself is reliable and does what we need without unnecessary complications. We’ve been very satisfied and would recommend TopDawg to anyone looking to start or scale a business with dependable suppliers, high-quality products, and useful automation tools. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, the TopDawg support team has been responsive and helpful. Paul in particular has been easy to reach and provided clear guidance when needed, which we appreciate. We do not recommend - to us the ROA seemed extremely low. the Cost of the product plus their excessive shipping cost= for us to Low of a ROA, sometime to a negative profit margin so hard to select profitable items to import also so many items we felt were out of stock. There were order issues after ordered where a product went out of stock, yes we were refunded but as an internal credit they do not refund back to the original payment, and few items had longer than expected delivery timeframe. -Sad we really wanted this company to work for us.
A special Shout Out to the CS agent Paul who we feel is awesome and always resolved order issues to the best he could but we feel the website needs more work. was hard to filter and sorting for prices low to high, etc.

As a wholesale dropshipping platform, product costs, shipping rates, and delivery timelines are determined by individual U.S.-based suppliers and third-party carriers. Shipping is calculated based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and distance, and is not set by TopDawg.

Dropshipping can involve slimmer margins depending on product selection, pricing strategy, and shipping variables, which is why we encourage retailers to evaluate landed costs and profitability before importing products. Inventory availability is also dynamic, and while rare, items may sell out between order placement and fulfillment. In those cases, refunds are issued as account credits in accordance with our published refund policy.

We appreciate your feedback regarding filtering and catalog usability, as we’re continually improving the platform based on retailer input. While we’re disappointed we couldn’t meet your expectations, we truly wish you success in finding a solution that better aligns with your business model.

Unfortunately, they trick you into signing up for the $400/year plan when you are first starting out and even if you cancel within 30 days because you couldn't find any products you like, you do NOT get that refunded to you. They make you immediately downgrade though, effective immediately, so how does that make sense? If I was charged for a premium plan for 1 year, I should have access to that premium plan for 1 year. I will not use TopDawg again... another predatory shopify app.

We’re sorry to hear that TopDawg wasn’t the right fit for your store.

For clarity, TopDawg does not automatically enroll retailers into paid plans. All upgrades are completed voluntarily by the account holder while logged in. In your case, the Business Shopify Annual plan was selected and confirmed on February 2, 2026, with full disclosure of pricing ($419.88 billed annually), renewal date (February 3, 2027), and our Terms of Use, including our non-refund policy for annual subscriptions.

When you chose to downgrade on February 11, 2026, the downgrade was scheduled to prevent any future renewals. As outlined during the upgrade process and again in your downgrade confirmation email, annual memberships remain active through the end of the paid term. Your Business Shopify Annual plan therefore continues to provide full access to its features and services through February 3, 2027.

We understand that product selection preferences vary from retailer to retailer. It’s also worth noting that the full catalog can be browsed prior to upgrading, and a 7-day trial is available on eligible monthly plans for retailers who prefer to test before committing.

We strive to operate transparently and make all billing terms clearly visible during registration, upgrade confirmation, within the membership dashboard, and in our Terms of Use.

I am starting a very specific niche. I was looking for somewhere to source these products from the US to cut the shipping times. They offer many products that I would love to have sold and promoted but the lack of pictures they made available to me made it impossible to sell with any professionalism. When i reached out to them they offered no help. He just said that they have many people that do well with what they give them to work with. Even their chatbot offered me 7 free days with more pictures available to me. Apparently more are available if you pay them more money. When i emailed them he straight up said some suppliers don't give them more pictures. So I'm not sure which one is the truth. In any case the actual customer service person never offered me anything to try only saying that basically if they can do it I can. Thanks but no thanks. There are many more people to work with that actually offer real customer service.

Our free Start-Up plan is designed for browsing and evaluation, while the 7-day trial on eligible plans allows retailers to explore additional product details and features before committing. During your interaction with our support team, they accurately explained these limitations and responded promptly, though we understand this may not have met your expectations.
