I had a great experience with TopDawg's customer support—seriously, they were amazing. Unfortunately, my website didn't make it. Pricing was the real killer. I was spending nearly $500 a month on apps and domain fees, and even though my SEO strategy was spot-on, I couldn't keep up with the costs. Paying Facebook and Google thousands for marketing was out of the question. The only visitors I got were people from Nigeria trying to sell me their services. It was so frustrating. I ended up giving up because I was spending more supporting other companies than making money. I've realized that luck plays a bigger role than just having the right SEO or marketing strategy.

I've been on the search for the right supplier for weeks, had some good leads etc. however, my very first human interaction with Top Dawg was EVERYTHING! On point! My man Paul is the real MVP. I immediately knew I was in good hands, in the right place...

It's ridiculous that you have to pay a membership fee just to see pricing, then on top of that pay them for their products, I'll stick to Printful which is 10x better and no membership fee for people starting out. This app is the definition of a greedy corporation.

I want to clarify a few points you raised in your comment. First, you can see the standard wholesale pricing on our Start-Up plan. If you need assistance finding where this is located, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are more than happy to guide you through the process.

Unlike Printful, TopDawg operates as a dropshipping platform with thousands of suppliers listing their products in our catalog. The suppliers on our platform expect to be paid for the products they are shipping to customers on the retailer's behalf, offering wholesale pricing so that retailers can make a profit on their sales. This model allows us to provide a wide variety of products from numerous suppliers, enhancing the range and flexibility available to our retailers.

Regarding the membership fee, it is in place to ensure that we can maintain a high-quality platform, support our extensive supplier network, and offer robust customer service to our users. We started with Top Dawg pre-pandemic and are SO happy with their new platform - tons on new suppliers and products. The app is so easy to use and the integration with our Shopify stores works great. We just upgraded our plan with them to get more products and features to scale our business. Customer service is 5 star!

GREAT CUTOMER SUPPORT!! Paul was GREAT and hopped on immediately to help solve my problems. I highly reccomend TopDawg for dropshipping. They are very quick, responsive, helpful, and easy to use. I will NEVER stop using them.

Using the app for a fairly well trafficked and known brand to add additional items and so far functions well. Need to work on some of the processes and returns, but support is quick and helpful to solve and take feedback.

I like TopDawg alot. Are they perfect? Probably not. Are they much better than other drop-shipping companies I've tried - YES! BY FAR. Of course they do have some issues here and there. Of course I wish their Suppliers would provide a more retail-ready catalog product decriptions along with UPC codes being transferred automatically into Google Fileds of Shopify. Yes, making the store retail-ready took some tedious manual labor. And of course I would love for their Suppliers to be more accurate in terms of inventory updates. With all that said - comparing to other companies I was working with - TopDawg Customer Service is SIX out of five stars. Their built-in shipping calcullator is great. Their invoicing/accounting system is very accurate. You can always call and the phone WILL be pciked up 10 times out of 10. Belive me, in my previous experience - this fact alone is a luxury in the dropshipping industry. You can shoot a quick email and it WILL be answered within a very reasonable time. The bottomline is - just like any and every business out there TopDawg might have a room for some improvement. And they are doing a good job improving. Overall I am very much pleased with their service.

As a new merchant and experiencing scary challenges, I was so thankful to have gotten the best customer service from TopDawg. Paul in customer service went beyond in helping me tackle those challenges even as far as communicating through my Shopify support team. Paul assisted me every step of the way in receiving my phone calls and the response to my emails directly and efficiently. Paul treated my business like his own and guided me through those challenges. TopDawg has plenty of great products at great prices, their website is user friendly. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
