The main purpose and benefit of this app is to track conversions properly. Even after a zoom call reviewing all of our settings the app is COMPLETELY Incorrectly reporting our purchase conversions. Its reporting over 1000% higher purchases then our TOTAL online purchase counts for the day.
The UTM parameters to show conversion details are not properly showing in Shopify.
To aggravate the issue support is lacking. Slow to respond to even urgent escalations. If these issues are not immediately addressed most likely we will unstall the app and use the other competitor apps.
Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on the call, Trackify is sending accurate data to Facebook Events Manager. The overreporting seen in Ads Manager is due to Meta’s attribution and reporting process and is not related to Trackify.
For UTM conversion details in Shopify, this is handled by Shopify’s own system.

I switch OnePixel -> Trackify because Trackify track very stricly and reach 9/10 match quality from Events Manager (9 is maximum all the app can send).

Works great, better than Meta's default CAPI for sure, fast and fool-proof to install. Got a little issue on my end but it was resolved by the support team. Nothing to complain about.
For the advanced tracking, I bet their pricing is very much worth it. We were considering Triple Whale and Elevar which are obviously more advanced but not worth the money for the little extra they give, at least for our business scale.

Helped me with an issue, repsonded quickly, and our untracked conversion through meta ar enow being tracke cleanly. We were missing upwards of 50% of conversions being attributed correclty to meta before using this app. Totally worth it.

Great support and very helpful team! I had an issue with the dashboard and pixel configuration, and they responded immediately. We jumped on a Zoom call, and they walked me through everything step-by-step. They explained the settings clearly, fixed the pixel setup, and made sure everything was working properly.

Terrible Experience — Completely Broke My Tracking
This app literally destroyed my tracking setup.
As soon as I connected TikTok and Meta through Trackify, everything stopped working — no sales, no data, and my ads started wasting money with zero return.
The support team is extremely slow — they told me to book a meeting after two days while I’m losing money every single day. That’s unacceptable for an app that claims to offer “advanced tracking.”
On top of that, the app keeps logging me out for no reason, which makes managing anything even more frustrating.
Honestly, this app is a total mess. I don’t recommend anyone to fall into this trap. I’ll be removing it immediately.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. When we reviewed your setup earlier, everything was configured correctly and the TikTok pixel issue you first reported had already been fixed.
You reached out about the new issue on Saturday, during the weekend when our team is only partially available. We had already shared the calendly link beforehand, and the next available meeting slot you saw was on Monday — it wasn’t that we asked you to book two days later, it was simply the earliest open time. We also sent follow-up messages and were ready to arrange a weekend call since you mentioned it was urgent, but by the time we checked your reply, the app had already been uninstalled and the review posted.
You also scheduled the Monday call, but no one joined from your end. We wanted to connect because you mentioned the issue started after connecting TikTok, and sometimes such problems can come from the platform side, which is why a meeting is important.
Regarding the app logging you out — that is normal behavior. When your Facebook or TikTok session expires, Trackify logs you out for security reasons, but this does not affect tracking. Tracking continues in the background, and you only need to log in again if you want to make changes such as connecting new pixels or catalogs.
We truly value your feedback and would have been happy to fix everything with you on a call. If you ever decide to give Trackify another try, we’ll be more than glad to assist you personally and make sure your tracking runs smoothly.
