Merchants recommend this app for running multilingual and international stores, translating entire sites into many languages and currencies. Automatic translations are seen as accurate, with GPT/OpenAI tools and manual editing for brand‑consistent tone. Features like a customizable switcher, glossary, and bulk translation save time and simplify complex setups. Many highlight reliable performance and fast, hands‑on support, including theme‑specific fixes, and say it’s worth the price.

This is one of the worst translation apps I’ve ever used. It almost never translates automatically, and every single change you make has to be translated manually. It’s incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.
On top of that, the images displayed on the website are often outdated and don’t reflect the latest updates. The translation of meta fields is also a complete mess, with inaccurate and outdated translations.
Even worse, if a banner or slideshow doesn’t have a title, the app automatically changes my translated text to “Untitled Slide.” Why would it overwrite my content like that without my permission?
Overall, the user experience is extremely disappointing. The app creates more work than it saves and is nowhere near as convenient or reliable as it should be.
I will finish using it for the remainder of this year, but I will absolutely not renew my subscription.
