Merchants appreciate this app for its user-friendly interface that simplifies managing multiple languages, essential for global business. It integrates with OpenAI & DeepL for accurate, localized translations and offers unlimited translation capabilities with customizable features to match store branding. The responsive customer support, including live chat, is highly praised for assisting with setup and troubleshooting, significantly aiding international expansion and saving time.
Translating the store is a real chore and Shopify does not support all required translations. That is why we decided to give Transcy a try. So far, it has worked really well although it is not always intuitive to operate. The support is really good though so that problem is mitigated by the professional assistance one can get.
