installed but the support has been terrible so many issues and they are being so casual about fixing it meanwhile driving traffic they simply dont care about their clients
I'm rating this 4 starts cause the following: The app works and translates language and currency as expected. However, I found using the app it's still has bugs and needs improvement and or fixes. Sometimes doesn't load well or doesn't load at all or the translation translated out of context is you uses the automatic translation or even the chat window close as typing and open and the close after few seconds (don't know why, i changed to safari from chore and do the same). It could be a powerful app if developers fix those bugs for a better experience and high quality app in Shopify store. I hope in the future this became true.
In the other hand, the customer service always has been excellent, professionals and helping me out with translation issues through their chat! Kudos for them!
The customer service of these guys is out of the world :))) I can't believe I am saying it really. Flora and Arian they did an amazing job helping me.
Purely amazing. They did everything asked them to do, so their app translate button its matching my website theme.
It's the first time I see so much implication in client support.
All of this with the free version, but now I am thinking already to make an upgrade.
They are smart, and they made me a new client, but they fully deserve it.
Totally worth it!
