Custom shipping settings via the dashboard are being erased on application launch. Non-responsive feedback after creating support tickets.
Horrible experience after waiting 2.5 weeks for couriers to pick up and countless emails to support which led to nothing but 5x the costs, a lost customer and using a different provider. At least they don’t care because their T&Cs say not their problem. Save your money and go elsewhere

Shopify also tried to get Transdirect to assist without success.
SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. WASTED TIME, MONEY, ENERGY & EFFORT ON A FLOP OF AN APP. I SAW THE CRAPPY REVIEWS & IGNORED THEM. DON'T BE AN IDIOT LIKE ME.
