Wir nutzen diese App seit einigen Tagen auf unserer Website. Die Verwaltung der App ist, ebenso wie die Einbindung auf die Website, sehr simpel. Insgesamt eine schöne App und ein tolles Projekt, welches damit unterstützt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundensupport: Die deutsche Übersetzung war nicht ganz korrekt. Der Kundensupport ist direkt über integrierten Chat kontaktierbar und antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten. Unser Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit gelöst und der Kontakt war sehr angenehm, da die Entwickler direkt Feedback geben. Danke dafür, so etwas habe ich selten gesehen! Was würde die App noch besser machen? Mehr Designs für die Badges und Banner. :-)
My experience so far has been great! Mirvise really helpful in answering any question I had! The app is also pretty easy to use!
This is the best tree planting app I've come across. The integration on the website is much better than Ecologi and others. The key difference is that you can quickly and easily add a banner to every product and checkout pages letting people know about the initiative. The support is fantastic, and they are always looking for feedback and ways to develop and improve the app. Since we added this app in June, they've already implemented some really helpful improvements.
