A/B: Product and Price Testing

We mostly use it to play with our pricing and see what keeps us profitable without scaring buyers off. The insights panel points out things I would have missed on my own. A couple of asks though, let me export the raw data to a spreadsheet and throw in a few different graph styles.

What surprised me most was how quickly I could start experimenting. I tested product descriptions, page sections, and a few pricing changes over the same month. The analytics helped me understand why certain versions performed better instead of just showing raw numbers. My store speed stayed consistent too, which I was worried about. I'd like a larger library of sample experiments, and maybe more ways to organize old test results when you have a lot running.

We've had good results using it to compare several landing page variations and product page changes. The data presentation is clean and easy to follow. I would like stronger export options for reports, and a few more customization settings for how results are displayed.

Been doing conversion work for clients for about six years and this is now my go to recommendation for anyone on Shopify. The fact that it piggybacks on Shopify's own infrastructure instead of injecting a bunch of third party scripts is genuinely a big deal for performance. Setup took maybe ten minutes for my first test, the dashboard explains significance in plain english, and I can run product layout variations easily. Wish there was a way to segment results by traffic source, and a Slack notification when a test reaches significance would save me a lot of dashboard refreshing.

I didnt know much about A B testing before but this app made it easier. reports show which version wins and helps decision making. UI is not the cleanest and i got confused once, but still learned a lot from using it.

Finally something that doesn't tank my page speed when I run experiments. love it.

Not impressed. Our first test had an issue and when we tried to make the changes necessary it just glitched and kept trying to load. So we created a new test, and it will not switch back and forth at all. Support tried to help, but doesn't seem to be able to figure out what is going on. We just want a refund and will try a different app instead.

The app is faulty and causes rework - it removed all our variant images and caused lose of sales. Now we have hours of rework to just get our website back to where it was before implementing this app.

when I hopped on a call they promised free trial for 2 years, haven't received it since months. Also there's almost no live chat support, making it difficult to communicate. App does not show ATC performance as well, must be bug.

I ran one test on one product detail page. the goal was to test the product images. Test didn't work as it should. I immediately stopped it. But the app destroyed our product detail page. All images were a mess. Can't recommend it.
