TridentAB helped me test product pages without needing to code which was nice. i could compare headlines and buttons easily. reports are clear enough but sometimes i wasnt sure what metric mattered most. still saw small conversion lift so its been helpfull overall.
tridentab is useful if you want to improve conversions without guessing. creating tests is simple and doesnt require tech skills. UI could be cleaner and i had to recheck settings twice. still helpful for small stores trying to grow.
Using TridentAB on our Shopify store and results are clear and easy to read. The app feels lightweight compared to others. Pricing is fair for what you get.
The app is faulty and causes rework - it removed all our variant images and caused lose of sales. Now we have hours of rework to just get our website back to where it was before implementing this app.
absolutely crap, not only the app doesn't work, customer service is the least responsive ever. Stay away.
Not impressed. Our first test had an issue and when we tried to make the changes necessary it just glitched and kept trying to load. So we created a new test, and it will not switch back and forth at all. Support tried to help, but doesn't seem to be able to figure out what is going on. We just want a refund and will try a different app instead.
