TripleWhale is a great service for paid media attribution, but the recent addition of Amazon data has made it even more valuable for us. We now have a true Business Intelligence dashboard integrating all our e-commerce sales and paid media channels with relevant metrics for decision making. For $200 a month, nothing else comes close. It's great to see that they are continually improving the app with more and more features. Thanks guys!
While we love analysing endless spreadsheets and data, each marketing platform is biased towards its own efforts, constantly over-representing their part in our wider marketing efforts. Triple Whale acts as an impartial middle-ground that helps us understand what is accurate and what is puffery from marketing dashboards. Surprisingly easy to set up, and their Account Managers are very helpful. It's helped us understand what is and isn't performing, and where to divert our marketing budgets.
Incredibly easy to use, the plugin to shopify i great and the mobile app is killer. I've literally used all the other data integrator apps and nothing comes close to this in terms of usability and customisation.
The team are also super responsive and are always coming out with new features to help us understand what's happening in the business.
Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you aren't using Triple Whale for tracking then you should.
Take guesswork away it tracks exactly like you want it and am now able to scale with proper actionable insights unlike statistical modelling with Facebook ads.
I am able to see the errors in facebook ads in comparison to what is actually coming through on triple and since I have been able to put significant increase in spend in the right places 10/10
After testing the tool for a few weeks, we can definitely see how it can add value to a business.
-Consolidate information from multiple sources
-Understand customer traffic and purchases
-Cross validate on platform metrics versus several attribution models
-Gain confidence in budget allocation
-Analyse ROI on various initiatives
plus much more additional functionality, such as automated reporting, custom metrics, anomaly detection, OOS updates, cohort analysis.
It is worth noting that setting up was pretty straight forward, and the CS team is always happy to help.
While confident in my current appraisal, I mean to revise this review once I've had time to action on the insights that the tool is already providing us with.
I use this app alot, really helps me keep track of my live Profit for the day and ROAS, really helpful and i have the app on my phone so i can keep track on the go, Must have in my opinion
We’ve been using TW for about a year and a half now. It’s overall a good tool, not great. Perhaps they’re still a small company, but they have a ton of visual bugs to iron out. The UX is also good, but not great. Their update to the retro icons style made things less user friendly. They say the integrate with Shopify, but they are far from actually integrating. You can’t filter the Pixel data based on any order or customer tags, which makes it super limiting. It would be amazing if you could filter the Pixel table data based on specific Shopify product data such as product type, etc. We’re overall still mostly happy customers, especially with the introduction of the organic channels in the Pixel table. They do have pretty responsive customer chat support, a must have for any Shopify app. We still think it needs a lot of UX love. Just wanted to give feedback on what would make it a 5-star experience for us.
I absolutely love this app! It helps me all day with real-time profit to help with live scaling and to have a full understanding of my business at all times! 10/10 recommend to all Shopify eccomerce owners.
Our Triple Whale experience has been expensive and terrible.
Now we finally had someone contact us, they did not reverse the $400 charge and they have been now charging $279 per month and we just wanted to go to the FREE level. They just keep taking money and taking money and not helping us at all. They owe us several months of refunds at this point, it's ridiculous. This is exactly what happens every time an app gets exposure and tries to grow, they start focusing only on new business and leave existing customers hanging while taking their money and ignoring them. Really sucks. We had no choice but to cancel the entire account because you can't self-serve your way into a free account. So even if we signed back up on the free service we'd have to reconnect everything.
Not sure why this says FREE. Vanessa overcharged us and we've been emailing for several weeks, totally being ignored. We were falsely told we'd get a rate change, that was a lie, now they've gone completely dark. But they keep sending spammy marketing emails. I do not at all recommend this app. If you do use them, know that Vanessa and Maggie are probably not telling you the truth.
Excellent app! Finally found something that gives me a complete birds eye view of sales and marketing metrics. The developers are extremely responsive as well and are constantly adding new features to improve usability and speed. Highly recommend!
