Originally I had provided this app with a lower rating. There was a misunderstanding regarding the core functionality of their app.
The apps functionality was not the reason I originally gave them a poor rating. I gave them one star because I had requested a refund and cancelation of my membership within a few hours of signing up and discovering the app would not meet my needs, and instead of providing a grace period and accepting the refund they defiantly threw the terms and conditions of the sign up at me and refused to refund.
At the time I was looking at having to pay for two cycles due to their 30 day cancellation notice policy.
After leaving a one star review on this platform, I was contacted by an escalation customer service rep who provided a refund and immediately canceled my subscription as I had originally requested. I'm updating my review to 3 stars because ultimately they did the right thing, but they only did it in the face of a poor public review.
I strongly recommend they update their customer service policy to allow some leniency for customers that try their service, in good faith, but quickly determine it does not meet their needs. It should not require a bad review for them to grant the common courtesy of a refund within 24 hours of signup. I hope they take this review to heart and amend their business practices.
An amazing experience... once you setup the minimal integrations required with Shopify and your Martech stack, we have been constantly wowed by the way the Moby LLM really makes use of the "localized" marketing knowledge and analytical structure that you would expect from a company like Triple Whale to offer. Here is where Moby stands out from ChatGPT -which we use extensively BTW: you really get that thoroughness that with ChatGPT you would need to sift through and work out the agentic structure to make it all work for you, whereas with Moby its all about loading the necessary data and letting it run its reports and dashboards to then begin the in-depth and insightful discussions. From your most abstract strategic definitions down to the grinded down tactical efforts, Moby seriously speeds up the time to market metric for your marketing ops -let alone the pep-up in quality enablement you will quickly be aware and fond of. Thank you Triple Whale team!

I had an amazing experience with Triple Whale support. She was incredibly quick to respond and solved every question and issue I had without any hassle. Triple Whale’s customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Critical issues and bugs—often caused on their end—take days to resolve, even after multiple follow-ups. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when these delays impact business performance. I would not recommend this platform based on support quality alone.
Integration problem. I can't install the store application. The system says I'm already using the app, but I can't log in.
The chat on the website and email support does not answer. No help.
