TW has been a game changer as far as visibility into paid performance for Swoveralls. We've only scratched the surface of what it can do, but it's ease of use and the helpful support behind the tool has helped level up our marketing game.

Admittedly, it can seem overwhelming at first glance, but rest assured, everything is designed to be beneficial and user-friendly. One valuable piece of advice: schedule an onboarding appointment. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have a knack for explaining things in simple, human terms. A special shout-out to my onboarding manager, Renne, who was fantastic—if you're lucky enough to work with her, you're in good hands. We’ve been using TW for about a year and a half now. It’s overall a good tool, not great. Perhaps they’re still a small company, but they have a ton of visual bugs to iron out. The UX is also good, but not great. Their update to the retro icons style made things less user friendly. They say the integrate with Shopify, but they are far from actually integrating. You can’t filter the Pixel data based on any order or customer tags, which makes it super limiting. It would be amazing if you could filter the Pixel table data based on specific Shopify product data such as product type, etc. We’re overall still mostly happy customers, especially with the introduction of the organic channels in the Pixel table. They do have pretty responsive customer chat support, a must have for any Shopify app. We still think it needs a lot of UX love. Just wanted to give feedback on what would make it a 5-star experience for us.

TripleWhale has been a game changer for all my stores. The ability to be able to scale based on actual ROAs is incredible. It is much more that an ad attribution platform. I think its important to note that I am not a savvy marketer. But TripleWhale offers a multitude attribution. But My favorite is the total impact model.
One thing I am hoping for is more integrations, and more flexible shipping options. IT would also be nice to use product analytics as a la carte add on.
I definetly believe TripleWhale is the FUTURE.

Triple Whale has been fundamental for us in better understanding the true performance and attribution of our advertising campaigns. We now have clearer insight into where to optimize our ad budgets and know which creative is winning as well as which ones are under performing. Not only has this allowed us to generate more sales, but it has also enabled us to be more profitable by making better decisions in our accounts!
The free plan is a scam just to get you to upgrade to the expensive paid plan. Nothing is free and not exactly sure what they do with your data.
Triplewhale provides an excellent dashboard that lets me review the ROI of all eCommerce ads and ways for me to enter my site budget to track my store's profit. Rather than simply believing what my vendors say about the effectiveness of their ads, TripleWhale provides a new perspective for me to assess if my ad vendors are generating the desired results. Everyone I worked with Triplewhale was great, especially, Renee Scrybalo, who was patient and answered my questions promptly.
Our Triple Whale experience has been expensive and terrible.
Now we finally had someone contact us, they did not reverse the $400 charge and they have been now charging $279 per month and we just wanted to go to the FREE level. They just keep taking money and taking money and not helping us at all. They owe us several months of refunds at this point, it's ridiculous. This is exactly what happens every time an app gets exposure and tries to grow, they start focusing only on new business and leave existing customers hanging while taking their money and ignoring them. Really sucks. We had no choice but to cancel the entire account because you can't self-serve your way into a free account. So even if we signed back up on the free service we'd have to reconnect everything.
Not sure why this says FREE. Vanessa overcharged us and we've been emailing for several weeks, totally being ignored. We were falsely told we'd get a rate change, that was a lie, now they've gone completely dark. But they keep sending spammy marketing emails. I do not at all recommend this app. If you do use them, know that Vanessa and Maggie are probably not telling you the truth.
Big fan of TripleWhale, it is the basis for our media attribution, and the analytics/reporting capability makes understanding our performance related metrics simple. We couldn't operate (as efficiently) without it. Highly recommend.
