They were amazing help in transitioning from an old review app and I know I can reach out anytime if I ever encounter issues! Everything is easy to navigate and it has all the features we need. The price is very reasonable too!
After being let down by another app that abruptly closed without any way of exporting years of reviews we thought we were going to have to start from scratch.
Fortunately the TrustShop team had our backs and did some tech witchcraft to pull the reviews from the old app without the need for their broken export link.
I really appreciate the effort that went into saving our reviews and 5 stars is definitely well deserved.
