TryNow has been been a critical tool for us in converting new customers. It solves for that in-store try on experience with zero risk to the shopper. We quickly saw a return on investment and are excited to continue our partnership.
Try Now is the future! Pretty soon every e-commerce website will offer some sort of 'try at home, before you buy' option. This app/company is the leading solution in this space. We have seen a huge uptick in AOV and overall conversion rate, since adding TRY NOW to our website. The tech & integration process is seamless, and their team of representatives are amazing! They can walk you through every step of the process. 10/10
I think this app has a lot of potential. I have not been able to use it yes since I cannot get the support I need to get it working on my website. When I contacted support, it took days to get back to me and I was told that they do not offer onboarding and I was referred to self onboarding in the merchant portal. I still can't get the app to work. Like I said the app has a lot of potential but the support is lacking. I think that any developer that offers an app on Shopify, should be prepared to provide excellent support and if they are unable to handle the amount of support, then they shouldn't make their app available on Shopify. Maybe the developer will see this review and do the right thing, which would be to provide excellent customer support that will get the app working. I will change my review to 5 stars if the support team helps me with the installation so that I can actually use the app.
TryNow has had an undeniable impact on our business and is among our highest ROI strategies. Shoppers absolutely love Try Before You Buy, which leads to incremental sales for our business. The product is great and getting better at a rapid rate, and the TryNow team is exceptional to work with.

The app is a great feature that we loved adding to our website and the team has helped us every step of the way.
Integration was a challenge but the technical support team came through and made the necessary customizations to make it work on our theme. App works as promised - thanks to the support team! Highly recommend!

Once we can get that product into a customer’s hands, they’re going to keep it. TryNow is a priority to enable more customers to get their hands on the product. A $10 decrease in CAC, when you can extrapolate that across thousands of new customers, that’s more than going to offset an uptick in return rate. The team at TryNow have been exceptional partners.
