J'aime moyen, c'est lent, le SAV n'est pas du tout réactif, j'ai souvent des erreurs dans mes commandes par contre le catalogue est génial !
Je travaille depuis plusieurs années avec Tunetoo et tout s'est toujours très bien passé. Les délais sont un peu long, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous.
I started using their services when my original POD company stopped fulfilling my orders during peak Covid. Tunetoo picked up all my over due orders and we went from there. Customer service has been fine. They answer emails and they sort out any issues. The carry a great range of quality products and do better than most POD apps when it comes to fulfilling orders on time. They provide world-wide tracking which is very helpful.

Uninstalling due to no response to my questions, no obvious way to contact support, and no ability to display prices in USD format.
The customer service do not answer, prices too high, still waiting an order after more than one month, the API is rubbish. Please, avoid!

We have a customer service and a dropshipping manager to answer all your questions. You may have placed an order on our public website but I've no sales related to your shop. I can't really answer about the month delay, I'm not even sure an order was placed. Regarding prices, they were indeed included VAT at the time, that's fixed now so they are 20% lower.

Je l'utilise depuis quelques années, je suis en discussion avec eux car on a beaucoup de produits en rupture de stock et on aimerait relancer la machine . A voir pour la suite ...
