Two Fifteen ‑ Print On Demand

Unfortunately, I got very disappointed with this Company. Of the five items I sent my sample orders, I received just three pieces. No one in their service gave me information or a response. No money back either! Don't trust this company. The packages were significantly damaged, and I would be ashamed to ruin my brand with this unprofessional packaging.

Great service from Two Fifteen when we use them. They are always willing to help if you have any issues.

The service is okay but they can take very long to send orders out. I've had this problem with them a few times. The products didn't pass quality check and weren't sent after 7 days and they didn't even let me know. This is annoying because then your customers complain to you because of how long it takes and that's just not a good look.

Two Fifteen have really pulled out the stops to assist in helping to launch www.pezlondon.com after trying many other print on demand companies we found that on all fronts they were more impressive as a company.
It was important to us to work with someone who can provide great quality products but also have great customer care too. Being UK based is vital in getting products to our mainly UK based customers speedily. Their range of products is great and always growing too.

It has been a great start and we are hoping that it will be a firm and long lasting business relationship.

I have used probably all the most popular print on demand apps and a few that don't even have an app, and Two Fifteen is a great! I haven't been using it for a long time but so far so good!

It's very intuitive to use, you only have to install it and when you want to sync a product, you go to the product on your Shopify store and click on " More actions" and select "Assign Two Fifteen Product" EASY.
Customer service is super friendly!
They create the products faster than most other peint on demand companies.
Shipping prices are super economical so you can send products all over the World without charging and arm and a leg.
The only thing I wish they had is the possibility to offer tracking to other outside of the UK.

The app is good. The company are dreadful. Frequent mistakes, serious lack of communication and packages almost always delivered extremely late. They have in fact no stopped returning mine and others calls and emails. I still have orders outstanding, which I doubt will ever get fulfilled, leaving me and my customers out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

Sorry but I've had to stop using this company for their lack of communication and poor customer service - put me in a really difficult situation through the last year to the point I had to stop using them.

I use TWOFIFTEEN for my T-shirt business along with another well known T-shirt dropshipper. Twofifteen are streets ahead in terms of quality, service and am currently moving my entire production over to them. This is because the customer service, packaging and general quality is better. The app is easy to setup/use.

Great company that have never let me done since Jan this year. Very quick and helpful customer service and a decent range of products that are well made and printed. They could do with adding international tracked postage though.

I use this app across multiple sites and it is brilliant. Simple to integrate, fair pricing and fantastic service by Tom and the team. Highly recommended.
