its ery good really liked the support, they gave me assistance, and helped me in whatever way possible, only their new update wasn't so good, the free plan only allows up to 20 reviews to be shown, no matter how many you have, but the plan basic works that is not that expensive as well, in the end you can copemsar really pay, in addition it has other functionalities, thank you for all the support
We’re glad you valued the support. However we don’t have any impact on reviews as we only handle sms marketing. Perhaps you’ve mixed it up with another app. We will though be launching a new SMS reviews product in the near future letting you ask/collect reviews in text.

This app may not have been a good fit for our store (we aren't allowed to offer discounts on certain items at certain times of the year), but the customer service in answering all my questions was amazing. If this is a good fit for your store, I'd highly recommend for the awesome customer service.
