I put a video on my store and now want to delete it and the video is gone but the big huge space is still on my store where it was. How the heck do you get that off ??
I am really sorry for the unintended inconvenience. Looks like it might be the issue with the way Shopify settings works with video on website. Did you download the video from Typito and upload it? I will be happy to see how best to resolve this issue.

I love that there is a free program as I only need an occassional video. It was easy to learn and it downloads in HD. Easy to use on various platforms.
This was a fantastic experience. Creating videos is my favorite thing to do except eat ice cream. Typito made it blazingly easy. The only reason I rated it four stars is that it was hard to move the text/captions to sync with the pictures. But otherwise, a GREAT experience. Nailed it in less than 2 hours.
I used this app to create a business ad for our store. There was a few things I couldn't do that I wish was possible on the app. There is some nice designs and fonts to be able to use, but with some things there isn't enough option with.
Also i had to remake my video as if left blank gaps and wouldnt allow me to fill them in by either moving videos over the gaps or placing new footage over the gap it would allow it.
Over all it isn't bad.
