If I should say what is the single thing to make the difference from all other apps, it would be: THE SUPPORT TEAM
I love the way they fix any problem you have in literally minutes... There are many other apps that do the same thing as this one and many have a lower price. I can say to you that I've tried it all and this is the one that works the best. The speed score of my website was 9 with other apps, now it is 28 (just replacing the old app with this)

Their customer service is simply awesome, our theme has videos on the collection page, and they adapted the code so that we could maintain this feature.

This app and the entire team is absolutely amazing!!! Nancy has been the biggest help with everything possible and beyond (including page speed!). I am extremely lucky to have found such a great app that not only works but the customer service is incredible. I tried several other search apps before and didn't really see the value added. With ultimate search the feature that shows the color variant when you search for "yellow ribbon" and displays the yellow image, is beyond words amazing. I've tried this on several pages and will keeping doing so.

Customer service really is great. Very responsive and fast to answer any questions that I have. Unlike other apps where they sometimes just send you links to fix any issues yourself, they are always willing to just get in and help, which I really appreciate!
