The customer support is absolutely amazing!! We have been using this app for the last 3 months and the support team have been amazing helping us with all customizations and much more. No matter the issue they are available with a quick response. THOROUGHLY impressed by the app and their service. 10 stars across the board!!!
This app and the support deserves 5 stars and more! I installed the app - they started to make adjustments and also helped me out right away! This was my first "perfect" onboarding experience i ever had and it took less than a day! Absolutly amazing customer experience. The App itself is very powerful - you have multiple options to filter - you can add your own business rules and automation - you have an extensive set of options for filter and search and you can include custom fields to the search index and much more. The Dashboard is superb - UI is easy to understand and very fast and responsive. For this price it is the "absolut" best Search & Filter app you can get! Install it and see it for yourself - i am excited to see the first results once we re-launch. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

This app is amazing. I built a filter that is what exactly want. The best part is that the customer service replied promptly, and their development team customized the details for us to fit the theme style. I highly recommend this app!

After a thorough investigation, we discovered that the problem was not caused by our app. Instead, it was due to a theme code deployment that affected only the live theme. This deployment inadvertently modified our app's JavaScript, leading to the issues you encountered.
Our development team worked diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We want to assure you that our app is designed to handle a large number of requests per day without any issues.
For future deployments, we recommend excluding all our app files when you are using theme kits tools for code deployment. We understand the frustration this situation caused and appreciate your feedback.

Excellent responsive customer service, helped with all integration issues quickly and were able to accommodate all requests! Dashboard is very helpful, I do wish the quickview content was a bit more customizable but still excellent addition to any site.
