I'm still on the free trail and the devs went on and beyond with my technical issues. 10/10 overall rating, I think I'm going to stick around for a while.

We needed a better search filter than the one that came with our template, and USF was the right choice. We had a custom installation done on our theme, and the support we received was first class. The first iteration of customization wasn't quite right - so we reached out to the USF team, and they were extremely responsive, professional, and efficient. They helped us to get the filters working exactly how we wanted them very quickly. I would highly recommend this product.

Update: Rating adjusted from 1-star to 4-star since developer has made an effort to resolve the issue, provided there is no further disruption.

Im really starting to lose patience with these Shopify app developers. This is the second time SObooster has had my site compromised. They updated the app and it turned off my product search just as we were about to launch. Then I upgraded the app and set Shopify to automatically bill for the app and it didnt take for some unknown reason and it gives me a blank screen when I try to upgrade again so there is no way to fix.. And their support which was helpful before I cant get a hold of. Better support hours are needed because now we are losing sales. You need better support hours and also not update production sites when you cant get a hold of the owner, because no site means lost revenue.

And lastly if a subscription runs out, you don't put a message like that on A STORE FRONT THATS IN PRODUCTION. Im really disappointed because this was a really good app. Very questionable decision making.

We are glad that the issue has been resolved and your site looks gorgeous now.

Our automated system sent a notification to your email 2 days before the trial was expired. The support team tried to contact you via live chat on your site to remind you.

Our widget only works on the theme you chose to set up, so you can always publish the original theme without our app. We have implemented a more subtle way to automatically revert to the original theme when the trial is expired.

The apps works good in the Dawn theme store. Customer support is based in Asia. Some delays in consumer support tickets. Overall happy with the app.

This is the worst app you could ever use. It literally ruined our sales. If you have a website with lots of products, this is not the app for you. To be honest, it is scruffy at best, the search categories are not accurate and need a lot of work, its overpriced, the customer service is very average, and if I had my time again I would avoid this app at all cost. After installing our sales fell substantially, and we worked out the app was excluding three quarters of our products, the reminder emails said we had around 3700 products on our store, the truth is we had over 10,000. We were stupid, but this app is terrible. Don't be sucked in. The reply from the developer say's it all, they do not care less that my store was ruined by their app, it's all about the money for them. You have been warned.

Thank you for your feedback. I see that you have been using the app for a year and we offered you an unprecedented discount for your 2500 items. We clearly showed the usage exceeded message and notification. When you exceed the plan the app cannot index and show more products which is normal in all apps. We also offered a good discount for your upgrade. But sadly after all our support, free customization and good offers, you still want a very low price for a large store which we can not afford. We hope Shopify will involve in this case as we were threatened to be given 2x bad reviews if we did not accept his low price request for 2 stores each 2500 items a year ago. We accepted as we were new, did not want bad reviews and hoped to have a good relationship with the merchant. Chat history is still on our storage.
