Very bad customer support. all of sudden app does not work, no one care to fix it

Title: Poor Support & Non-Functional App – Avoid

I installed the Ultimate Size app hoping it would help streamline sizing for our customers. Unfortunately, the app never worked as expected — charts wouldn't load properly, and integration was inconsistent across product pages.

What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I’ve contacted the developers multiple times over the past two months with no reply whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgment. For an app that’s supposed to enhance the customer experience, it has done the exact opposite.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor service, especially for a paid app on the Shopify ecosystem. If you're considering this app, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — there are better alternatives with actual support and working functionality.

Until the issues are fixed and the team starts responding, this app is a waste of time and money.

This app was easy to set up and integrate with the store quickly. We have a lot of sizing options and it fit our needs well.

Size chart is very glitchy and customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

Excellent App with even better support. Rare to see an app that does way more than we'll ever need! Looks great on the front end and a very robust backend app UI. A must have if you have lots of size charts.

We have been trying to contact support for over a month. We tried all emails and contact form that we were able to find in their app. No one ever answered. Buyers beware!

This app keeps crashing. Whenever I reach out to their support they reply quickly saying its working. When I check back it works then a few hours later it crashes again. I have deleted this app and will not be using it again.

Worth it. Extremely helpful customer service. This app is your go-to station for sizes. GO FOR IT blindly!

I used this app for my appareal size chart and i really love that app, very easy and convinent to use
