The Pathic App lacks essential video tutorials, making it difficult for users to navigate and understand its features. I encountered several issues where the app wasn't functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, the problems persisted, rendering the app nearly unusable. The user interface also feels unintuitive and clunky, adding to the overall frustration. I hope the developers address these issues soon to improve the user experience.

BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD SIZE CHART APP. All on shopify are pretty basic and ridiculous. Then i stumbled on this app.
Vikas has been extremely amazing in helping to setup the size chart for us. He even customized everything as well as going further to even help us with some coding errors on our site (knowing we arent coding experts). Most importantly he and his team is VERY quick and efficient in solving issues. We are definitely sticking with this app as long as everything on it runs perfectly the way its going now.

We chose Ultimate Size Chart because they had a feature we needed - which other apps didn't have.
On top of that they had a great tutorial and the chat support is amazing. They quickly helped us solve a couple of minor issues we had.
The app is great and handles everything you could possibly need from a size chart, and I tried a lot of them. Very responsive customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
