It is very nice to have a prompt and friendly staff when investing in a product I did not know anything about. But after talking with the support team, and getting all the info I needed, I felt very confident it was a good decision and of coarse it was looking back! Can’t wait to see what uploadery does for me and my success. I don’t have time to learn code, so if you don’t either, download this app.

This tool is Awesome , i had Problems to edit my Code, but logan helps me within minutes he solved my Issue and edit it again to place it on the right location. Never saw a better Support than on Uploadery !!!

Excellent app. The start might be a bit bumpy as you try to get that code in the right spot of your theme.liquid file. ShopPad's support is outstanding though, they are very keen to help if you grant them access to your store. Very professional team, can highly recommend the app.

For people like myself that aren't tech savvy at all, I mean AT ALL, you should definitely take advantage of their customer service. It is EXCEPTIONAL!

With just one email explaining to them what I needed their help with (which was EVERYTHING, lol) they not only answered all of my questions, but you guys, they went ahead and installed the app for me. I DIDN’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! I just told them what I wanted, and the next day, it was all done. Best of all, their service was FREE! Yes, FREE. Most stores charge you a hefty price for the service of a technician, but not Uploadery.

Best upload app i've used so far. BEST customer service EVER!! Had a problem during 4 days... in 10 minutes, Alan get rid of the issue that kept me up at night till 4 am. Only awesome stuff to say about all Uploadery stuff.

Support is 100% AWESOME! Dude helped me install everything and now I can fulfill custom stuff for my customers.
