What I enjoy about this app is how it uses unique codes per customer so they don't get picked up by the coupon websites. Also the code is based on the customers name to add that personal touch. I haven't built out all of my automation emails yet, however I see them as being very powerful once you know how often your customers are needing to buy your products.

I just downloaded this app so I can't comment yet on how much it affects sales but I must say that their customer service is above expectation. Not only do they respond to emails promptly but after I installed the app the chat popped up with an agent named Tina requesting to complete set up. She answered all my questions and was extremely professional and helpful. I'd say the only thing I didn't expect was that after publishing the email templates I was prompted to accept billing. This however don't change the pricing. The app is still free under 25 orders per month and increases in $10 increments after to a maximum of $400. If sales increase this is a win win.

Spently is a fantastic app for creating slick emails in a few clicks. After having tried a few different applications to mixed reviews, Spently is by far the most user-friendly and adaptable. We created cohesive branded emails that matched our theme to replace all of Shopify's default mailings in an afternoon. The standard templates are easy to use on their own, but the format also allows for extra customisations too with just a bit of basic coding.

Best of all, Spently covers everything so you have a cohesive feel across the board. Overall we're very happy and would definitely recommend this app..

Love the customer service and ease of this app. Making custom email messaging/order notifications has never been easier! The backend software is also great - as it shows analytics for opens/completions of abandoned cart emails, etc. It's what I've been waiting for!

Excellent customer service; when I had a problem they responded right away and fixed the issue immediately. The interface looks great and free feature seems plenty. I just started using this app, but it seems like it will be great!!

This app creates beautiful order confirmations, etc. No question about that! Despite our early concerns about the app not being incompatible with other Shopify apps, Spently did come through eventually to make the changes so that this app works with the Product Options app. Also, it does include the complete invoice number on all forms now which is comforting. Overall, a great app. It would be great if they created automatic invoices as well.

Was struggling to find an app that would let me customise my notification emails and this was the ONLY one that met my needs. Quick and easy to set up, and most importantly makes our emails look so much more professional.

Really in love with this app. It has the perfect mix of usability and customization. Well worth the price.
