This app is a must for any Shopify store. It makes so much sense - our emails with the highest open rate are now looking on brand whilst being fully utilised with opportunities to sell more and inform our customer.
Not only is it easy to use and navigate, but the customer service is amazing as well. No questions left unanswered. Highly recommended!

I just downloaded this app so I can't comment yet on how much it affects sales but I must say that their customer service is above expectation. Not only do they respond to emails promptly but after I installed the app the chat popped up with an agent named Tina requesting to complete set up. She answered all my questions and was extremely professional and helpful. I'd say the only thing I didn't expect was that after publishing the email templates I was prompted to accept billing. This however don't change the pricing. The app is still free under 25 orders per month and increases in $10 increments after to a maximum of $400. If sales increase this is a win win.

The guys at Spently took my constructive criticism and developed a new, clean theme. I'd suggest giving this APP a whirl.

We've had a good experience with the Spently app. We offer a 50% off voucher code on our receipts, and the response definitely exceeded our expectations. Since using this app, we have doubled our return customers. The app pays for itself by offering customers incentives to buy again, and after one month of using the receipt templates, it's making us money.

Very cool app!
I like being able to see how many people open my receipts. Definitely worth it even if you can get one or two returning customers from the links in the receipts.
