UserLoop Post Purchase Surveys

Awesome app for a great price. We were evaluating Fairing but balked at the price and frankly Userloop is doing basically everything we would want from a post-purchase survey. We have plugged it into Claude through the easy-to-use MCP connector and have easily automated weekly reports using the Userloop data (they also send their own helpful email summary each week, but we had some specific nuances that we wanted to reflect in a custom report). There was an issue with how the NPS data was pulling into the MCP and the Userloop team replied AND fixed the issue within a few business hours. Incredible!

We’ve really enjoyed using Userloop for our monthly customer surveys. We’ve been on the platform for a while now, and it’s clear the team is consistently improving the product. Their customer support has been stellar — responsive, helpful, and genuinely receptive to feedback and feature suggestions.

The only enhancement I’d love to see is an easier way to export insights and analytics in a more flexible format for deeper reporting and analysis. Aside from that, it’s a strong, reliable tool that’s become an important part of our feedback process and one I’d absolutely recommend.

I was looking for a feedback app that could be used on my order status/thank you pages using Shopify's new checkout extensibility. This app fit perfectly.

Userloop has been a very nice addition to my store. I use it to set up post-purchase surveys and abandoned cart surveys, and it’s really transformed how I gather feedback. It helps me understand how customers find my store, and I get valuable insights right after they check out; whether it’s about any hesitations they had or just general feedback. Before, I was mostly guessing, but not I get real, actionable information directly from my customers.

The abandoned cart feature has been a big help too. I’ve gained a lot of insight into why customers leave their carts, which is going to help me reduce those in the future. Plus, the owner, James, is incredibly responsive and genuinely committed to making a great app. He’s open to feedback and is working on some exciting new features, including a few of my suggestions.

All in all, Userloop is a must-have for anyone looking to improve their store and get to know their customers better. Highly recommend. I checked quite a few other survey apps and am glad I went with UserLoop.

Killer App! Every year it just gets better and better. Our fav feature is that it tags the user & all of the products they bought along with giving unique discount codes at the end of surveys.

Also... better yet. SUPER responsive team. We've even had the pleasure of talking to the owner numerous times; Great Guy! He's always looking for feedback. Truly smart & motivated guy.

Really simple app to install, great UX and fantastic customer service. The free plan is brilliant for us at the moment as we grow. Ideally there would be a plan in-between Free and $29 dollars a month, to enable the data export, but this is being super super picky :)

App works great for running a post-purchase survey. Easy to setup and great AI features built in. Customer support is very quick to respond and always so helpful. By far the best support for any app/software that we use.

Exactly what I was looking for. This software has an extremely simple interface that you can get up and running in mere minutes. And it also has enough complexity to allow me to run impactful questionnaires that are making an immediate difference for my business. I love that you can do a trial and get real results during the trial period. And if you want to continue afterwards the pricing is completely fair and reasonable. Support is phenomenal (one of the best I've ever used) and they are open to feedback and suggestions. 10/10 would recommend.
