We had a smooth migration experience moving our subscriptions over to Utterbond. The support team was excellent, and Jigs was especially helpful throughout the process. Clear guidance was provided at every step, questions were answered quickly, and the transition from our previous app went seamlessly. Everything now integrates perfectly with Shopify, and we’re very happy with the level of support we received.

I arranged a call for some help with the subscription management function. Jack was super helpful and made changes while we were still on the call! really impressed with the level of service! Thank you Jack and the team. I also spoke with Vishal who was super helpful too. Great customer service. Always willing to help. Love this App.

Great app and very responsive support. Would be great if subscriptions had an option to send out a different product each time. Support said that they would add the feature in a future release. Highly recommended.

Not the most feature-rich app, but excellent support.
Some of the language around building subscriptions and settings is unclear, not making you sure what functions are going to actually appear.

Basic admin is quite difficult, as subscription filters are very basic (you can't even filter by subscription) and there's no sorting.

There are quite a few advanced admin options, particularly on the Enterprise plan, but having to know and enter individual subscription IDs (rather than selecting by subscription, tag, etc.) to make 'bulk' changes is essentially impossible when you have more than a handful of subscribers.

Despite these complaints, we've managed to use the system for some time to manage subscriptions in an ok manner, without the genuinely excellent help from the support team I don't think we'd have lasted this long.

Awesome app with awesome customer support. They are always there to help with all the issues we just had. They even implemented a feature within 2 days of requesting it. Highly recommended.

Have been using the subscription service for a year now, was easy to set-up and manage it's self very effortlessly. On a customer base everyone that uses it also says it's very effortless on their end as well.

Had some trouble shooting issues and the team was quick at looking at it and working through it all.
