My customer get notifications on the loyality app even though I notified support about the issue a month ago. There review app didn't work well. Imported review didn't show and review badge was not aligned properly and have no option to customize style. Everytime I contact support they tell me we will forward your inquiry to the technical team and nothing happens after.

It does the job for the review part. However the loyalty page and program part ain't working. Support don't really help on the matters.

I like that it gets the job done, offers both function of reviews and a loyalty program all in one app, and does what it's supposed to do. Simple and straightforward setup, but does not allow detailed management such as review request automation. Design wise it's very simple. Customer service is also poor, it took us about 2 weeks to get a reply from the developers.
