The app was easy to implement, no support was needed, custom buttons are a breeze. The let down, the skins work on the main product page for our color selection buttons, but it does not work for any of the quick view pages where the same color options are listed. That would be an outstanding future upgrade for the app.
I have encountered a lot of problems using this application. The variants displayed on my site are not the same as those on the application.
So I lost a lot of time because I had to start over every time until it was the right variants on my site. A few days later, the images were again not the right ones, it is a lack of professionalism towards my customers.
When I contact the support to understand why I am having this problem, no answer... I do not recommend

Very easy and simple to use, the best part is the fast response when you need some help from Jon and Matt. It took me just three emails in less than one hour to fix my problem related to multi-select options and my shop is running as I needed It.
We are in the process of rolling an existing e-commerce store from one platform over to Shopify. To do that, we needed a suite of apps to help us get up and running quickly and the team at Relentless Apps has been a big part of that.
Rather than just installing a plugin and rolling with whatever odd behaviors occur, Relentless Apps responded to (and fixed!) a few conflicts with our theme while we were still in the 'Free' trial period of their app. Moreover, they happened to identify a problem inside of our theme's code itself, which the theme developer was then able to fix quickly.
Not only does this demonstrate an impressive technical grasp of e-commerce platforms, but it shows a genuine desire to offer terrific service.
Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. It took me days to set up the app. Unfortunately, the app has some bugs, e.g. product prices are not transferred to the checkout page. The customer service responded relatively quickly, but could not help in most cases. The technician is booked out for days, I was told. To fix my problems I would have had to wait 4 (!!!) days. Such slow service can ruin your business. I definitely cannot recommend this app, it just has too many bugs.
Thank you for the compliment, we do our best to answer emails quickly. When I looked into our emails I saw that we always responded within a few hours answering your questions and fixing any issues you had with the app.
To be clear I do see Jon had told you it would take 1-4 days to fix your incompatibility issue with your theme where our app's virtual options were not showing there. I tried to fix this issue 24 hours after you gave us access to your store but you had already uninstalled the app.
To be fair to all our customers we fix the problems of our customers in the order we receive them.
If you would like to try out our app again please re-install the app.

I loved this app. It worked great but then I realized it broke my Facebook pixel. The add to cart and initiate checkout would not fire. This really f ed up my marketing and campain. I don't know if this was a glitch that only happened to me but it is something to be noted.
We upgraded our app so FB pixel will work automatically with all themes.
It's been a while since you've installed our app. How is everything working for you?

THIS APP IS A JOKE! Wish I read the bad reviews first. you can not TRACK INVENTORY! Yes you can do more than 100 variants but that is not transferred back to shopify to enter quantities. So you basically can not put any INVENTORY QUANITIES, PRODUCT SKUS, BAR CODES! Have to mention that the customer support may take several days to reply, and this app will completely mess up your product page layout!!!
Hi Mary Ann, I am sorry the app didn't fit your needs. I see we always responded to your emails within a few hours. You can keep track of inventory and SKU's with Shopify Options and use our app to style those options. Or you can use our Virtual Options to add an infinite amount of options and variants. These however don't keep track of inventory or support SKUs. Can you give us more information about what you mean by "completely mess up your product page layout". I didn't see any emails about that.
Great app, so simple to use, we've tested about 6 variant apps but this one is unbeatable! Highly Recommend 5*
After applying the team's recommandation, the app is working now. The installation of this app on my theme was a little tricky but the visual results are looking good. I recommend adding the link of the code tutorial on the "installation" part of the app because it couldn't detect my shopify theme.
I am happy you were able to get everything working. Our app will install automatically on 99% of themes. I am not sure why it wasn't working with your theme.

The worse app ever. I uninstall the app 3 days after, and they are charging me the whole month. I am feeling complete stolen
I contacted Shopify and they already removed this charge from your upcoming bill.
We just updated our app to give a cumulative 14 day trial. So now if someone installs the app for one day last year and installs again they will have 13 days left on their trial.
I looked into this and saw you had installed our app last May. Our 14 day trial was calculated from the first day you installed and that's why you immediately got charged when you reinstalled the app. That's how our old system worked
