This app really has been a saving grace. We are running a marketplace with many different vendors. This app has so many options for vendors to choose the shipping method that best suits them including real-time shipping rates calculated from their postal code. We have vendors that prefer to ship based on total order price, some that prefer to do it by weight-based flat rates and others that want real-time costs or free shipping. All of these are options are very easy to set-up and manage. When vendors are shipping to multiple countries, you can quickly duplicate their shipping set-up from country to country with one click. When I first started using the app, I was just happy to be able to quote rates from the correct postal code, but now I've seen just how flexible and versatile this app is if you have many vendors or drop ship your orders. It has alleviated all of our shipping problems, which is kind of amazing being that we have complex shipping needs. Excellent customer service as well and it seems as though Brian is constantly working to add features and provide users with premium updates. Thanks for the app! Very appreciative!

Been running ASR the last few weeks after struggling a bit with configuration, due to the limitations of Shopify. Had a nice and quick support that helped me with the last steps.

Documentation is complete, it's a great app that let you set shipping rules that even the expensive advanced plan of Shopify doesn't offer. (!!!)

The app does everything it's supposed and more. Easy to use interface and design. Any problems that we had with the app were not bugs, but setup issues which were quickly resolved by customer support. Probably the best customer support I've ever experienced with third party apps. Prompt response time and resolved the issues in less than an hour!

Amazing customer service and straight forward, easy to use app. I had a bit of a tricky set up for one of my products and wasn't sure how to set it up. They took the time to fully understand what it was I was trying to do then helped me step by step until it was set up properly. Highly recommend.

Simple, easy, and does exactly what it says. It helps me to constrict a few products to US only. It also allows me a few ways to adjust shipping pricing as well. Great app.

I was afraid I was going to have to find another platform for my shop because of our specialized shipping but this app. does the job!
Everyone told me it could not be done but once I got this app. and talked with Brian he was very helpful and got it to do just what I needed. I can not say enough good things about this company and app.
I would highly recommend!

Here at MoreThanClassy.com we give away a lot of merchandise to our wonderful clientele, so we decided to streamline the entire giveaway process and make it more user-friendly. After I installed the Advanced Shipping Rules Application, I was having trouble getting the Shipping Rates to stay with the products from my special Group, once other products were added to the Shopping Cart. I contacted Support and Brian Dillon responded right away! He went in and figured out what was wrong in just a few minutes. Then he did something inspiring and unusual, he went above and beyond your typical support response. Brian went into my Shipping Settings and made all the necessary changes to fix the problem and set it all up properly! NO JOKE! Brian took care of everything without even being asked. He took the time to do what most people don’t. He set things right. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. After hearing from Brian, I tested the Shipping Rates and everything’s working perfectly! ;-)

In addition, Brian realized I was on a more expensive Advanced Shipping Rules Plan that I didn’t need. After bringing it to my attention, he helped me switch to a lower priced Plan that was much cheaper and more suitable for my business. Are you kidding me, bro? This is the kind of thoughtful service every consumer should receive when they reach out for help. Don’t just do the bare minimum. Knock the ball out of the park!

BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! Thank you so much! If I could give Advanced Shipping Rules 10 Stars, I would! Keep up the great work!

This is the second website I've installed this app on for a bunch of various shipping specifics (location, weight, carrier for different products, etc). It was working flawlessly... until the head of the company wanted to make everything free shipping for a week. Unfortunately, I decided the best way was to deactivate but not delete the app so I wouldn't lose all the customizations. This was probably not the best solution. BUT... MOLLY TO THE RESCUE!!!! She helped me put it all back and once again, smooth sailing.
