Here at MoreThanClassy.com we give away a lot of merchandise to our wonderful clientele, so we decided to streamline the entire giveaway process and make it more user-friendly. After I installed the Advanced Shipping Rules Application, I was having trouble getting the Shipping Rates to stay with the products from my special Group, once other products were added to the Shopping Cart. I contacted Support and Brian Dillon responded right away! He went in and figured out what was wrong in just a few minutes. Then he did something inspiring and unusual, he went above and beyond your typical support response. Brian went into my Shipping Settings and made all the necessary changes to fix the problem and set it all up properly! NO JOKE! Brian took care of everything without even being asked. He took the time to do what most people don’t. He set things right. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. After hearing from Brian, I tested the Shipping Rates and everything’s working perfectly! ;-)

In addition, Brian realized I was on a more expensive Advanced Shipping Rules Plan that I didn’t need. After bringing it to my attention, he helped me switch to a lower priced Plan that was much cheaper and more suitable for my business. Are you kidding me, bro? This is the kind of thoughtful service every consumer should receive when they reach out for help. Don’t just do the bare minimum. Knock the ball out of the park!

BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! Thank you so much! If I could give Advanced Shipping Rules 10 Stars, I would! Keep up the great work!

This is the second website I've installed this app on for a bunch of various shipping specifics (location, weight, carrier for different products, etc). It was working flawlessly... until the head of the company wanted to make everything free shipping for a week. Unfortunately, I decided the best way was to deactivate but not delete the app so I wouldn't lose all the customizations. This was probably not the best solution. BUT... MOLLY TO THE RESCUE!!!! She helped me put it all back and once again, smooth sailing.

Best shipping app and customer service in the app store!!!

Awesome app! I had an issue (caused by myself) that I needed dealt with and....your not going to believe this....There's a phone number! An easy to find phone number! I called and Brian took me through step by step how to correct the issue. Thank you!

Really great app helping me to apply shipping costs to my fulfilment companies in LA & UK... Lacking the option to currently setup multiple shipping options to each, but with the features update just announced this will make it indespensible for multiple shipping. :)

We got your message about the issue you were having, and sent a quick reply that we made a collaborator access request so we could login and take a look, and never got a reply from you. Please reply to the email thread ASAP. And include your phone number and a good time to call so we can troubleshoot this for you. The app did not have any downtime, so its like a set-up issue. Looking forward to your email. We see you may be in non-Western time zone. We can have someone call you this weekend, late night to help troubleshoot the issue.

Usamos esta aplicacion para nuestros envios en Colombia desde hace algunos años. Las funciones basicas de la aplicacion funcionan bien pero tiene sus limitaciones y no se integra con las empresas de transporte locales. En general nos gusta pero podria mejorar

This app doesn't play well with large stores. The previous version just took the Product Vendor field and based calculations on that. The new version forces you to Sync products in its own system. It takes well over an hour to sync just 200 products and I have several thousand. If you close the app, it forgets its progress. Keep getting errors to sync a live rate which I have done like 12 times. Extremely buggy. The earlier version was much more solid.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're sorry you experienced a slow and incomplete sync process. Sync issues are very rare. If you contact support when there is a sync issue, we can remedy the issue promptly. We've corrected the issue that was unique to your shop. Luckily, a sync issue doesn't stop the app from showing rates at checkout or prevent you from making edits to your rates. Also, in your case, because you were still using fulfillment services for product groups, the sync process isn't even required. We've sent a follow-up email to you as well, feel free to reply for further assistance.
